1441 Pizzeria

I like to pamper myself and my blog with the specialities of the restaurant, I visited 1441 PIZZERIA and henceforth ended up ordering a special starter from the menu PERI PERI CHICKEN LEGS, the name itself tempted me, the best thing about it is that its YUMMY and HEALTHY together!!! yes you heard it right, it was marinated with nice red marination with peri peri sauce in the freezer and they BAKED it in the WOOD FIRE DOME which made it healthier and yummier by giving it a crispy and a burnt flavour!! It was served with their special dip with a beautiful garnish on top and the whole story was special.

Then the time for main dish to come which was PIZZA, this place gave me a whole new experience of pizza by choosing UNLIMITED TOPPINGS to TYPES OF CHEESE to TYPES OF MEAT / COTTAGE CHEESE, it was again baked in FIRE WOOD DOME which melted the cheese on point, cooked chicken with not loosing its tenderness, and a nice crispy base with a burnt flavour, honestly I have had the best pizza of my life only @ 1441 PIZZERIA.

PIZZA without COKE is incomplete right?? DONT WORRY, they have taken care of it at its BEST, they have PAY ONCE and FILL UNLIMITED TIME COKE offer forever which is like cherry on the top.

They haven't even missed onto DESSERTS in their amazing style, this was a very different concept of dessert which actually left a thought in my mind that "how can anyone even think of  doing that" and the name of it was NUTELLA PIZZA, they were stuck to their concept till the end which was fascinating and tempted to go back there. This dessert had the base of PIZZA with NUTELLA on it with STRAWBERRY, BANANA, and MARSHMALLOW as its garnish and the full plate was sprinkled with CASTOR SUGAR giving it a snowy look. Everything was SUPERBLY done.

Kailash Parbat Hotel, Lonavala

As my favourite spot in Lonavala is Kailash Parbat Hotel I was back there with hunger and wanting to feel Mumbaikar there, i moved on to chaat section of the menu and ended ordering DAHI PURI which they claimed to be their one of the special dishes. The dish came in front of me and it was jaw dropping, I couldnt resist to eat. The spicy and the sweet chutneys created mixed feeling, the sev and the puri was crispy which made the perfect dish to awaken my tongue. it was the best fast food I ever had.

Now i was really tempted to try their specialities so i was suggested to order Missal Pav, when this dish arrived it really took my breath away. It looked amazing, the accompaniments were perfect, and its aroma pulled me towards it. The Pav was nice and soft, The Missal was hot and spicy and Dahi made it perfect as an accompaniment. It was a great experience to have fast food at this place.
